DOEN to organise deep dive for social investors during SEWF23

News overview

On Tuesday, 10 October, DOEN will be organising a Fringe Event for social investors, named “Accelerating system change by providing trust-based funding” during the 2023 Social Enterprise World Forum (SEWF23). During this interactive session, we hope to inspire and share examples of trust-based funding.

The programme

The event will take place from 13:30 to 17:30 hours at the DOEN Foundation/Postcode Lottery Group in Amsterdam. After an introduction of the Postcode Lottery Group and DOEN, we'll share why we believe trust-based funding is so important to achieve system change. DOEN partners Wilder Land and HDI Kenya will share what this way of funding means to them. After the Q&A and discussion, there will be an opportunity to discuss the topic further over drinks.
