If your account was created before June 2016, you will no longer be able to use this account. In June 2016, we moved to a new system and all users received an e-mail from us with a link to change their current username into a new username consisting of an email address.
We advise you to create a new account for your application.
You must confirm your account before you can submit an application. This confirmation link has been sent by e-mail to the e-mail address that is also used as your username. This e-mail may have ended up in your junk e-mail folder. So check this first.
If you are unable to find the e-mail, please send a request for confirmation to [email protected] stating the name of the organisation and the username. We will then confirm your account manually.
It may also be that you accidentally misspelled the e-mail address. If so, please send us the above information and we will change the e-mail address (your username).
If you cannot send the application even though you have filled it in correctly, close all web pages, delete your browser history and delete all cookies. Restart the web browser and log in again. If this still does not work, please contact us at [email protected]
If you are unable to upload documents, please send them by e-mail to [email protected], clearly stating the name of the organisation, the contact person and name of the project. We will then ensure that the documents are attached to the application.
The most likely explanation is that invalid characters were transferred when cutting and pasting text from a Word document. Some characters cannot be displayed in the form, so the application page will not be visible. We can resolve this issue in our system. Please send an e-mail to [email protected] stating the name of your organisation, the name of the project, your username and when you sent the application. We will send you an e-mail when we have resolved the problem.
Use a general e-mail address of your organisation as your username. This will enable other people in your organisation to also use the account. However, you can enter your e-mail address as your contact address in My Pages. All correspondence will then be sent via this e-mail address.
