I cannot fill in the organisation details after logging in.

Please check if you used an e-mail adress as username and not just a name.
Have you created an account at the DOEN Foundation with the same username as you used for the BankGiro Loterij Fonds? Unfortunately, you cannot submit an application to the BankGiro Lottery Fonds and the DOEN Foundation with the same account.
We advise you to create a new account for the DOEN Foundation with a different e-mail address. The same applies if you have a DOEN Foundation account and you wish to submit an application to the BankGiro Loterij Fonds.

I cannot confirm my account.

You must confirm your account before you can submit an application. This confirmation link has been sent by e-mail to the e-mail address that is also used as your username. This e-mail may have ended up in your junk e-mail folder. So check this first.
If you are unable to find the e-mail, please send a request for confirmation to info@doen.nl stating the name of the organisation and the username. We will then confirm your account manually.

It may also be that you accidentally misspelled the e-mail address. If so, please send us the above information and we will change the e-mail address (your username).

I cannot submit my application.

If you cannot send the application even though you have filled it in correctly, close all web pages, delete your browser history and delete all cookies. Restart the web browser and log in again. If this still does not work, please contact us at info@doen.nl

I am unable to upload documents.

If you are unable to upload documents, please send them by e-mail to info@doen.nl, clearly stating the name of the organisation, the contact person and name of the project. We will then ensure that the documents are attached to the application.

I can no longer see my online application when I log in.

The most likely explanation is that invalid characters were transferred when cutting and pasting text from a Word document. Some characters cannot be displayed in the form, so the application page will not be visible. We can resolve this issue in our system. Please send an e-mail to info@doen.nl stating the name of your organisation, the name of the project, your username and when you sent the application. We will send you an e-mail when we have resolved the problem.

The PDF with the submitted application is not complete.

This is because the number of characters in the application form is too big to fit in the PDF text boxes. However, we have received all the information you filled in, so you need not concern yourself about that. We are currently modifying this PDF.

Finally, a tip:

Use a general e-mail address of your organisation as your username. This will enable other people in your organisation to also use the account. However, you can enter your e-mail address as your contact address. All correspondence will then be sent via this e-mail address.
