Afra Tafri
Lacuna Kitchen is an initiative of the Afra Stafir Foundation, in which
theatre, gastronomy and social activism come together to
invisible stories of kitchen workers with a
migration background. This long-term
research project and pop-up restaurant focuses on the
connecting past and present by sharing
personal stories and the reinterpretation of culinary
sector.
