Transfarmers - Stichting DOEN

Transfarmers is a versatile residents’ initiative in Den Bosch. Central to this is the Graafse Akker, an urban agriculture project where residents do the maintenance. Transfarmers also has a Buurtschuur and the Graafse hof, a meeting place where activities are also
organized.
