The Switch - Stichting DOEN

With a contribution from the VLF, The Switch B.V. contributes to the sustainable energy transition in the Netherlands by training motivated status holders to become (junior) installers of solar panels. This gives status holders the opportunity to work with an integrated training, offers a solution to the glaring shortage of technically trained personnel and makes the sustainable energy sector more inclusive and diverse. c
