Tebere Arts Foundation - Stichting DOEN

In the coming years, Tebere Arts Foundation from Uganda will train and guide a new generation of theatre makers, experienced playwrights and talented directors to develop their artistic voices, create new work together on social themes and to show it at unusual locations and during the Kampala International Theatre Festival (KITF). She is also taking a step towards the development of a social art practice to involve a broader group of people in society. All these activities contribute to creating more opportunities to offer different perspectives on developments that are going on in society through theatre and to create (new) imaginations in which the audience can identify themselves.
