Startwerkplaats Friesland: maatschappelijke meerwaarde met een ondernemende aanpak - Stichting DOEN

In this project, Startwerkplaats Friesland connects employers, employment agencies and people with a great distance to the labor market in a unique way. Startwerkplaats thus offers one solution to two social problems: people who are at a great distance from the labour market are coached, trained and guided to promising professions in sectors with a major shortage of personnel. Through Adecco, participants are matched with a suitable job with a local employer.
