Rural Electrification Phase 3

Mlinda develops mini-grids for villages in North-East India that depend on expensive and polluting energy. A mini-grid is a collective energy point in a neighborhood, where solar panels are connected to each other. In this way, Mlinda provides households and entrepreneurs with affordable and green electricity. It also offers entrepreneurs access to new markets, which can help them grow their income. Mlinda also tries to develop a model that is sustainable in the long term, and thus set an example for the sector.
