Enaccess stimulates innovation in the decentralised sustainable energy sector (energy access). Enaccess sees that organizations in this sector have limited resources available for R&D and innovation, but are good at reaching the end users. EnAccess aims to finance (and co-develop) innovations from these organizations, on the condition that the innovations are available open source – i.e. published including toolkits – and therefore benefit all players in the sector. This can save a lot of time and money at the individual companies. Solutions reach multiple parties faster, so that more impact can be made faster.
