Malus saplokaal - Stichting DOEN

Malus Saplokaal is a small-scale, artisanal producer of juices and ciders in the Nijmegen region. The manual process of making apple juice and cider involves young adults diagnosed with autism. They go through a process of about 9 months in which they learn various skills and work on social-emotional and employee skills. This program allows participants to move on to a paid job or training.
