Het Verspil-me-niet-centrum - Stichting DOEN

The Waste-me-not-center (VMNC) in Lelystad is a collaborative initiative of several local and regional parties, led by the Foundation for Vacancy Solvers Amsterdam (LOLA). The VMNC acts as a circular breeding ground and plays a central role in the preparation for the future Circular Craft Centre. The VMNC focuses on high-quality reuse of materials and raw materials and offers various activities such as an upcycling workshop, a clothing store and a food waste initiative. In addition, the centre creates social workplaces for people with a vulnerability (young and old). The VMNC not only contributes to local sustainability but also promotes education and awareness about the circular economy among residents, entrepreneurs and students.
