De Clique - Stichting DOEN

De Clique collects waste streams such as cork, coffee grounds, bread and orange peels from Utrecht restaurants and companies with bicycle couriers. The Clique sells these residual flows to third parties or are processed by partners of the Clique into new products such as oyster mushrooms, beer and soap. These are then sold at the restaurants and companies, completing the circle: from waste to new product.
