Yamarou Photo - Stichting DOEN

The photographers’ collective Yamarou-Photo from Mali organizes a wide program of activities, ranging from intensive photography training, workshops and artistic creation to exhibitions in public space. In addition, she actively engages her audience by organizing exhibitions at various schools and in psychiatric institutions and the women’s prison. This will give a wide audience access to photography, allow more people to share their stories, and give more photographers the opportunity to create work that sparks the imagination and challenges the public to think beyond what exists.
