With the project It’s not a joke, Museum Bommel van Dam wants to
through humor in art to make people think about
social issues, their immediate environment and
their own role within it. In the co-creation programme
participants from deprived neighbourhoods of Venlo develop
collaboration with two artists new skills and
gain insights into creative processes; The result is
part of the exhibition.
