Healthy Seaweed Café develops healthy and tasty products from organically grown seaweed from Tanzania. In doing so, they develop the local market of seaweed consumption, contribute to a healthy and nutritious diet, improve the economic position of female seaweed farmers and contribute to the regeneration of oceans.
