Trash’ure Taarten makes delicious pastry products from waste streams
fruit and vegetables. In the bakery in Nijmegen, status holders work on cakes,
cakes and ‘letterbox’ patisserie that you can send. As a result, they do not
work experience and social contacts and they learn the Dutch language which is their
opportunities on the labour market and contribute to integration.
