Wij zijn Wongema
Wongema is a unique meeting place in the Groningen countryside. The old village café of Hornhuizen was saved from demolition in 2009 and has been run by residents in an enterprising and creative way ever since. Recently, an association, We are Wongema, has been established to formalize the support of the local population for this special place and to work towards a sustainable future for Wongema.
