Afval naar Oogst - Stichting DOEN

With the ‘Waste to Harvest’ project, residents in Amsterdam hand in fruit and vegetable waste to community gardens, where it is processed into high-quality compost. The result is fertile soil with healthy and nutritious harvests and a growing group of active residents who are thus realizing a circular food system.
