They work on their self-confidence, learn important skills, and build a network they can rely on. In short, they find their place in society.
The programme is designed so that each participant can choose the path that suits them best. The most ambitious participants can train to be a restaurant owner, while others can remain working in the restaurant or Sarban can help them to find a job with an external employer.
