This project guarantees the input of social and environmental organisations engaged in the sustainable soya production strategy in the Xingu region of the Brazilian Amazon, enabling agriculture, nature conservation and indigenous peoples to co-exist.

Mapping out a large area of forest on Borneo, inhabited by indigenous peoples. This serves as the basis for a complaints and grievances procedure at RSPO (Round-table on Sustainable Palm Oil) against one of its members, who is currently engaged in illegal logging.

The Marine Stewardship Council (MSC) makes a contribution to sustainable fishing by stimulating the supply of, and demand for sustainable seafood products.

Developing a marketing strategy for Western Europe to expand the sales market for sustainable, natural products from southern Africa.

Expanding the supply of organic cotton through the implementation of three to five pilot projects in Africa, which also laid the foundations for a more broad-based programme for cotton producers.

Thousands of small-scale farmers in Paraguay are supported in the transition to the international sale of certified soya. The project also makes a viable contribution to the participation of Paraguayan farmers in the newly established International Alliance of small soya bean farmers in Latin America.
